KFLS1: KFLS Detailing will not be responsible for poor quality paintwork. For example but not limited to: Lacquer peel from poor paintwork, dull patches from poor paintwork / previous mistreatment of the paintwork, bird lime and / or tree sap damage and more instances, discussed on the day.
KFLS2: KFLS Detailing, at their own discretion, may add surcharges for instances not made aware to them. For example but not limited to: Excessive dog hair, excessive rubbish removal, plus more instances, discussed on the day.
KFLS3: KFLS Detailing will need at least TWO or more days notice for you to cancel your booking. If you fail to give KFLS Detailing 48 hours notice, 20% of your booking fee will be charged to you.
KFLS4: KFLS Detailing hold the right to change bookings in the instance of poor weather. For example, if you’re booked in for a Full Valet, KFLS will still come and provide an exterior valet, however, may not complete the interior in order to ensure the interior leathers and plastics are not damaged due to the rain.
